Build/Edit Developer Mode

This is the real game preview. Sprites are shown as full PNGs. No visual fixer. No green-screen cutting. Use this to tune size, feet line, animation speed, and then carry on building quests/petbot game features.

To add a new character later: upload files with a simple pattern, then add one entry to the character config. Backgrounds can stay in sprite_manifest.json; character sprites do not need thousands of links.
